Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You’re welcome to return a product within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit, provided the item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, discounted items, or custom-made products. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Our team carefully inspects every product before dispatch to make sure it’s in perfect condition and ready for use. However, if you do receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a return and provide either a replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer.

Currency & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and payments will be processed in NZD.

Besides online payments, we also accept bank deposits. Simply email us at hello@homematters.co.nz with the details of what you’d like to purchase, and we’ll get back to you to confirm the order and provide bank deposit instructions.

Product Availability

We do our best to keep our stock levels up to date and accurate. However, from time to time, items may be temporarily out of stock, on backorder, or unavailable. If this happens, we’ll reach out promptly to discuss your options and find the best solution for you
